Apply Color Gel: Apply your desired color gel polish onto the uncured Blooming Gel. Wait for the desired effect (the color will spontaneously spread/bloom). Then, cure.
Top Coat: Cover with a top coat and cure to seal the design.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
