Packaging Details All orders are securely packed using tamper-proof and protective materials to prevent damage during transit.

Delivery Timelines

  • Metro cities: 3 to 5 business days

  • Tier 2 and 3 cities: 5 to 7 business days

  • Remote and rural areas: 7 to 10 business days

Tracking Details Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be shared via SMS or email. You can use it to monitor the delivery status of your order in real time.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy Full cash on delivery is not available. COD orders are only accepted with an initial partial advance payment (e.g., ₹100) at checkout. This advance must be paid to successfully place your order. Orders placed with COD but without this advance payment will not be processed.

  • For orders below ₹5,000: Your order will be confirmed and processed immediately after paying the standard ₹100 partial advance at checkout.

  • For orders of ₹5,000 and above: After you place the order by paying the initial ₹100 advance at checkout, our verification team will contact you. To confirm and dispatch high-value orders, a total 20% advance payment of the total order value is mandatory.

  • Balance Payment: The remaining balance amount (Total Order Value minus the Total Advance Paid) must be paid to the delivery executive at the time of delivery.
